ABOUT ME

Hi :) Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve landed here.

Before we work together i’d love to tell you more about me and my background:

I’m a New Yorker! I grew up outside of Boston, but I was born in NY and have lived in NYC for the last 6 years. It feels like home. I LOVE my plants, they bring me so much joy. I have a big passion for music, espresso (!!), and movement.  I have always been drawn to connecting with others through a shared lens of transformation and growth. This brought me into the wellness space where I’ve taught yoga and movement for 10 years. I work as an Emergency Room Nurse and recently graduated with Masters degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My goal is to eventually bridge the gap between modern medicine and spiritual healing, gaining a deeper understanding of how to support individuals in cultivating ‘whole-self wellness’.

As a coach my purpose is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your intimate relationships and deep desires, finding the freedom to release stuck sexual shame. By combining my varied experiences and trainings I hope to help you find a balance between your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Whether you are struggling with communication, sexual difficulties, body image issues, or simply seeking to deepen connections within relationships,  I am here to support and guide you on your journey towards a fulfilling and satisfying intimate life.
